why are they not responding to emails? Very poor customer service. Kindly give back refunds. One has to follow up for tickets to be issued after they have taken money! Still waiting for my Voucher for a cancelled flight 4 weeks down the line. Kindly acknowledge emails even if you will not act on it immediately. Since I have been using Lycafly for a long time and I have their account details on my online banking, I mistakenly paid £200 into their account, I contacted them immediately I realised my mistake, they took me round and round and eventually they stopped responding to my emails. I have been a very regular customer, even referred friends and family but this treatment has been quite appalling!
