My flight was cancelled by the airline in early February. I have been chasing Lycafly since this point for repayment. Cancelled flights from the EU are legally required to be refunded in7 days. It is now over 3 months since acknowledgement by Lycafly. I have had various promises of payment, all missed.

I suggest that that potential customers consider this appalling customer service before booking with this company.
