I will keep this short. I had all sorts of grief trying to get a full refund. I was told I would have to have a travel voucher. After numerous emails to an unhelpful female at Lycafly, I contacted my credit card company. So if you want a refund it is LAW and you are entitled to it. You do NOT have to accept a voucher.
Contact your card provider and they will send you a form. Fill and return. You will have to wait six weeks plus but you WILL get your refund.
