Scammers! Avoid! They are not paying my refund from cancelled flight over 6 months ago. They lie, they keep blaming British Airways for refund delay. I have spoken with British Airways and they stated that they have nothing to do with processing refunds for customers that booked via travel agency! LycaFly refuse to pay my money back!
