Grzegorz
Hi Grzegorz, Thank you for placing your order with The Idle Man. Unfortunately your order has triggered our fraud prevention system and so has been put 'on hold’. This is just a standard procedure, so nothing to worry about. Orders can be put on hold for a range of reasons but fraud is a common problem for online retailers and to protect ourselves and our customers we need to ask you to provide us with a scan or photo of your ID. This could be a Passport or driver’s licence or anything with your name and address on it that matches the name and address on your order. Once we have this we can verify, complete and ship your order ASAP. Apologies for the inconvenience caused but I hope you can appreciate the importance behind implementing these kind of security controls. Thank you for your patience. Kind regards, Jake xxxxxx THE IDLE MAN ------------------------ my reply: Hi Jake, How can I supply you with my ID with my work address? Guess I can make scan of my ID badge and lose my job to get a bag;) I always order to my work address as I don’t want any miss delivery and I never had any issues. Another thing is that you received my debit card data and now you want my ID? I ordered a backpack for 30e not a Gucci winter collection with Ferrari... If I'm really that suspicious then just please send me back my money. With whole respect, it’s just that it seems that nowadays even my phone calendar needs my fingerprint and acces to all my data... Best Regards, Suspicious Grzegorz xxxxxxx ----------- so yes, you have nice website but come on...
