“I ordered shoes, never received a receipt or any information about my order. One day some shoes arrived from Spain, 2 pairs, one pair not what I had ordered, and there is no way to track an order or return it.

It was my first time buying from you and your return policy not acceptable
When I wanted to purchase a $1000 jacket it says it's free for return
So I bought it but when the jacket delivered it's not as good as I expectation
And the style was not as described on website so I decide to return it for refund
But it says we can not give you a refund ??!! and we give you a store credit instead
Which doesn't work for me at all, so disappointed and very unsatisfied”
