I would urge potential customers to be cautious and do thorough research before engaging with services recommended by Lyst, particularly Cettire. Based on my experience, which was far from what I expected, I would recommend exploring other options before using these platforms.”

When I wanted to purchase a $1000 jacket it says it's free for return
So I bought it but when the jacket delivered it's not as good as I expectation
And the style was not as described on website so I decide to return it for refund
But it says we can not give you a refund ??!! and we give you a store credit instead

“The process to return an item with LYST was exhausting. It took me over two weeks of emailing repeatedly to get a return label from them and once the item shipped back and was delivered, I had to reach out to inquire about my return which took an additional 3 weeks of repeatedly emailing them only to receive auto responses that mentioned they were busy because of Black Friday which was 3 months ago. They would close my ticket before even responding to my original ticket, hence the repeated emails, and only once I chatted with them on WhatsApp did they start to pay attention. The customer service is terrible, the communication is terrible and I’m actually shocked I finally got my refund back after losing hours of my life trying to do so. Never again will I purchase from LYST.”

“Es ist gruselig ein Parket ins Ausland zu retournieren ohne Aufkleber und Support , Lyst hält sich da raus und überlässt es den Lieferanten .Für mich ein Grund nicht mehr zu bestellen . Das dann alles auf englisch läuft, macht es nicht leichter .”

“I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with customer service. It is impossible to get someone to respond to your issues. What I do get is automated emails that ask you to select from a list of generated concerns/ issues. Well this list is inconclusive and my issue isn’t on there. It has been 2 weeks and no resolution AND you can’t find a telephone number anywhere to call Lyst. I will purchase from this site again. My order # 65433. I’m trying to return this item. But, the company is telling me the return labels have been sent to the email in the order which is showing Lyst email and not my email. I need the email corrected or the return labels sent to you guys sent to me. Also I’m wondering why this has happened? Below you will see the email sent to me today by luisaviaroma. I called them and they told me my email address is showing your address. Therefore I can’t access the return labels that were emailed.”
