terrible customer service! i ordered something in may which never arrived and wasn’t refunded until august. horrible!!!!

After asking the same question two times, I still didn't have an answer to a simple question. It was clear to me that my question was not read with a care to get the answer correct. I couldn't get the answer to how to put two pairs in my cart when the website didn't give me the option to order more than one. After 2 attempts, I lost the best price for the item. I purchased the sneakers from another source (at a higher price, unfortunately) and will not return to Lyst again.

i ordered mk bags from you and i waited more than a week to receive it , and when i received the bag , the bag was wrong item with different model and color you really make me angry from this service and they didn’t tell me i can changed or give me my money back 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Items advertised are sold out on the merchant’s website. I contacted Lyst and reported it but NOTHING happened. I keep getting email notifications about that item on sale but it’s sold out.

The error is that there is no direct contact, there is no way to track the order, nor explain the method of delivery, nor the time period, and that the delivery is done so far

A tank top I ordered took almost 3 months to get to me. I wanted to order something similar off at Amazon but figured I'd go through a more practical company..... Shipped from another seller from Australia made in China and it was the exact same top as the at Amazon. So frustrating. Customer service contacted me kept telling me they sent me a tracking number but the tracking number didn't work. They had to issue me a new tracking number still wasn't available until I made a complaint through the payment option I decided to go with. Low quality top top price crappy shipping.

After ordering a size 8 trai er for my son he got delivered for his birthday a size 7 and was then refused an exchange or refund as they were in the sale..absolutely terrible service..wasn't even a size 7 to order..Will never use this company again

After returning to lots of items because they were under par and nowhere near as nice as they were presented on the Internet, I realise that these had not been reimbursed. I then decided to look at a much earlier order made for £116 and, guess what, that had not been reimbursed either. I was then told too much time has elapsed for Paypal to start a resolution. I contacted Roman and they finally sent me an email to say that they would on this one occasion and quite exceptionally, returned £116 to me. I’m still waiting… And very unimpressed!

I emailed to ask if you could find a item you were advertising and after one of your colleagues said they would look into it you replied with a survey asking ‘how we did’. I can’t answer that because you didn’t do anything, so basically it was a waste of time, so you can forget your survey

Customer support Hannah provides very poor service and for weeks failed to respond or rectify the issue. Rather than engage tech support she wanted me to repeat answers I’d already provided 3 times and do her job by loading and unloading the app when I had already stated I had done it a thousand times The app is still not working and for over 3 weeks I’ve had no response but a request to provide feedback.

Absolutely useless in assisting me to get my refund over £100 from Roman after goods were returned and received by Roman over 21 days ago Only thing they do is respond to tell you that the retailer is having problems and then when you are still trying to get your money refunded they send a message saying they were happy to assist you !!!!! Really assist me in what I m still awaiting my money with no response from the retailer I really don't understand their purpose utter frustration and waste of time
