After returning to lots of items because they were under par and nowhere near as nice as they were presented on the Internet, I realise that these had not been reimbursed. I then decided to look at a much earlier order made for £116 and, guess what, that had not been reimbursed either. I was then told too much time has elapsed for Paypal to start a resolution.
I contacted Roman and they finally sent me an email to say that they would on this one occasion and quite exceptionally, returned £116 to me. I’m still waiting… And very unimpressed!
