I bought a pair of clothes and sent one for almost a month, but I still don’t know where I went, there was no notification, and I don’t know who to contact.

It’s been a week I haven’t got any information about my estimation of my stuff (Love Moschino suitcase) to be shipped or neither delivery date. Messaged via WhatsApp it said they cancelled my order and will not be charged but my shipping cost $24 is charged by retailer! I lost my money for nothing!

Bait and switch. Item available then suddenly unavailable at the end of the checkout flow. But, item was still able to be purchased on the vendor site, but for more $$$.

I keep getting emails claiming to help me but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t gotten any news about when it is being shipped. So far I’ve paid for a pair of shoes that I’m not even sure exist.

Lyst is operating a UK online shopping store charging in £££. However they fail to make customers AWARE that they are shipping from Italy and therefore the incurrence of added duty on top and higher shipping to what they claim to be. The shipping charges jumped at the last minute to £25. Before the order of £430 total value was delivered the duty was applied for £103; frankly it should of have been calculated at the time of purchase like Net a Porter does and others do. The response from customer care barely taking notice of my complaint said something along the lines of this is our policy but had the audacity to send me this link to rate the experience. Never again. Shop elsewhere where your statutory right as a consumer is protected.

Shipping charges were outrageous! $49.00 for Dr. Marten boots! Found them for free shipping. Received an email from lister but it was in Spanish. I couldn’t understand any of it.

really poor service, ordered a pair of shoes, then received email next day to inform me order had failed, and price had increased by £120, no fault of Lyst of course, it was the supplier! Lyst suggested I reordered as shoe's were still available, just at new price, - As you can imagine, won't be using Lyst again, going to go direct to supplier.

The shipping charge was $50 for a pair of Dr. Marten boots. I found another site with free shipping. The seller sent me an email in Spanish which I could not understand.

Lyst is a directory service, collaborating with a variety of vendors, they do not handle any sales directly. Unfortunately, this results in a russian roulette like experience with zero CS or security. I ordered five items from them. Four were great deals and the transactions were handled smoothly. For the fifth, I was fully charged and the item never materialized. It was impossible to obtain a refund (I made a purchase with a debit card so I could not contest the transaction through my bank). CS just led me around in circles for the better part of two months and they insist that I was never charged even after I sent multiple bank statements in, showing otherwise. Be advised, Lyst is Russian Roulette. You may get a great deal or you may lose your time and money. Always shop with a credit card to at least have purchase protection because they will not really help you.

Reply from Lyst unacceptable failed to address the issues including my refund still not received Such a simple process made to look difficult. I shall contact my card provider and have their merchant account debited. Never again !!
