Very cheating when you took £60 for poster you you didn’t send it to me, end when I asked where is my order she replied “ what “ I need my money back ASAP

I am not allowed to buy anything on Lyst. I don't know why. I have excellent credit. No one at Lyst will talk to me. They act like they have. They have not. Lyst has incredibly bad customer service. There is no reason to shop with Lyst. Cheryl Leonard

It was a super disappointing experience to be thrilled over a product in Lyst and plan to purchase it after I finally find a great match to what I was looking and then to realize it’s not really exiting.. and the support just sent a new link which didn’t work as well.. and do then just disappeared..

Money taken from account for 5days yet the order was cancelled immediately as the pair of converse were not available, even tho they let the order be paid for!!!

Confusing e mails about an order a week passed and no info. Then multiple emails from ‘agents’ not answering my question. Then i find out it is out of stock. I will never use your company again. Too many red flags I am sending my e mail to verify and i have no doubt your will sell it.

Have nothing to do with this company? You never ever stop getting emails every day every hour! There no unsubscribe on them and if you email their customer service they pretend they’ve not got you email on file! The last email from customer services was followed 5 minutes later with another huge email ! I’m putting this review on TrustPilot so everyone knows, every day! Also their prices are very, very expensive! Don’t get involved with them!
