Absolutely useless in assisting me to get my refund over £100 from Roman after goods were returned and received by Roman over 21 days ago
Only thing they do is respond to tell you that the retailer is having problems and then when you are still trying to get your money refunded they send a message saying they were happy to assist you !!!!! Really assist me in what I m still awaiting my money with no response from the retailer I really don't understand their purpose utter frustration and waste of time
