Beyond shocking. Ordered some trainers. After a full week without any shipping confirmation I chased it up to be told the item is out of stock. I was asked do I want a refund?? Well yes!! Took 2 weeks to receive a refund and during this time lyst had also made duplicate pending transaction on my account 3 times already. Even now after a full 34 days after placing my initial order I still have a pending payment for over £400. This company is a total joke and avoid it. Just order directly from a know retailer.

Cancelled my order and didn’t get my refund I ordered it in November it cancelled December 13 and they said 1-5 days the refund would be processed it’s now January and I still haven’t gotten my refund and they keep sending me the same emails over again

I ordered a gucci handbag spend $1249.00 dollars and did not get my merchandise, so to my understanding they stole my money.

Found a Valentino wallet on your website. Went to buy it and was unable to check out and pay for it. My wife also tried and experienced the same problem. By the time I received your email the next day, the item was sold out. Too much of a hassle buying from Lyst. Will purchase our luxury items elsewhere.

questions not answered. I just want to know the product, yet your staff pasted info on how to return a product. I want to know the resin ring size which has no adjustable hoops and why would it be ONE SIZE from Free People!

Ordered a gift for my son for Christmas. Everything was confirmed and paid for. 3 days before Christmas I get a email that they can’t full the order. They should be called The Grinch that stole Christmas.

I purchased an item on their website for 273$, and the next day I saw 493$ charge in addition to the 273$. I tried to reach the company however no one helped. Just bad company and bad service!!! DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE IT'S A BIG SCAM!

I’m trying to return a item that I bought from one of Lyst “Vitkac.com” and I already send 5 email and Lyst keep sending me emails and saying that Vitkac will contact me with my return details but Vitkac never contact me back and Lyst keep ignoring me. I don’t know how to return my item because Vitakc never send me email with my order number details. It is very sad how Lyst is behaving because I’m a client for years and I never had problem before.
