Beyond shocking. Ordered some trainers. After a full week without any shipping confirmation I chased it up to be told the item is out of stock. I was asked do I want a refund?? Well yes!!
Took 2 weeks to receive a refund and during this time lyst had also made duplicate pending transaction on my account 3 times already.
Even now after a full 34 days after placing my initial order I still have a pending payment for over £400.
This company is a total joke and avoid it. Just order directly from a know retailer.
