The process to return an item with LYST was exhausting. It took me over two weeks of emailing repeatedly to get a return label from them and once the item shipped back and was delivered, I had to reach out to inquire about my return which took an additional 3 weeks of repeatedly emailing them only to receive auto responses that mentioned they were busy because of Black Friday which was 3 months ago. They would close my ticket before even responding to my original ticket, hence the repeated emails, and only once I chatted with them on WhatsApp did they start to pay attention. The customer service is terrible, the communication is terrible and I’m actually shocked I finally got my refund back after losing hours of my life trying to do so. Never again will I purchase from LYST.
