I ordered a pair of shoes on your website. I then received a follow up email asking me for a copy of my credit card (front and back) as well as a copy of a current utility bill. Quite frankly, in the age of identity theft, this was more information than I was willing to provide, so I cancelled the order.
In all my experiences with internet shopping, no one has ever asked for this king of information before!
