I was shocked when the ups package arrived asking me to pay $33.96 upon delivery to claim my shipment.
This was not indicated to me prior to purchasing which would influence my purchasing decision.
This is an outrage that you are based in France and do not disclose the fact that USA based customers have to pay international shipping charges in order to return items.
