Shipment arrived quickly. Shoes are not my size so I marked up the Exchange part for half a size smaller - we'll see if it made sense/if I get the shoes!
One comment is that the Exchange paperwork could be clarified - perhaps adding a box within that section where the customer can identify the original item, explain the exchange, and mark the desired item.
