I ordered a pair of boots from Lyst (having bought from them successfully before) only to find that, as a conduit, they did not stock the item themselves, merely request it from the original supplier. This meant that any after-sales issue is out of their control.
My boots are currently somewhere in the New Jersey area (I live in England) and seemingly none of the parties involved - be that supplier or distributor - seem as concerned as I am about delivering to me what was to have been my birthday present and which seemingly has no chance of arriving on that date.
In their defence, I have to say that the Lyst customer service representative has gone out of her way to be helpful. The problem is not with Lyst customer service. But I do think they should look at some of their arrangements with third party suppliers.
