I ordered shoes on Lyst.com from Menlook.EU 7 days ago. Although delivery was estimated at 2 to 5 days, I still havent received any news from Menlook regarding shipment. After contacting Lyst.com, they referred me to Menlook.EU to solve the problem, while Menlook.EU could not help telephonically and after 4 days has not responded to a query via their website.
Taken together, poor service and poor communication.
