Very prompt service with excellent communication and offered the best price. Was a very simple transaction, with the M&C providing a special delivery prepaid sleeve/envelope to send the phone in. Once the phone had arrived payment was made directly into my account the next day after testing was complete. Very happy with the service and will use again if needed :-)
