After asking to rate my phone (excellent / Good/ Poor) they made me an offer.. after sending it in they then changed the price (lowering) despite being very honest with its condition.. Postage is offered but when you arrive at the post office they told me they had forgotten to pay postage which then cost me £7.25 of which they did not reimburse despite sending them the receipt.
