Contacted Mackenzie after having an issue with Newlyn Bailiff. He promised me he would be able to help and deal with the situation. Initially everything was promising and said he would get back to me at a certain time and date but when I didn’t hear from him I called to chase up. Again promised a couple of times to ring me back within the hour but never heard from him. Over a week now and I still have had no reply. When you’re in a difficult financial situation and the company can’t help for whatever reason, it would be good for them to let you know instead of just never returning calls.
