Was in a very difficult spot with a bailiff at the door with no knowledge of the outstanding balance, had been given 24 hours to pay or have assets removed. Came across M1 dept solutions and spoke to a gentleman called Mckenzie, he was amazing spent alot of time resolving my issues and genuinely being there for me. Mckenzie made me feel very comfortable in a awful situation and still helps me no questions asked when I need it. I can't recommend Mckenzie enough he's helped me out tremendously, fantastic customer care
