I was a first time buyer of Maap kit. The online platform was seamless and delivery was prompt.
Unfortunately, the jerseys ran smaller than the other 2 brands I normally buy from (also Australian owned).
I reached out to ‘returns’ via email explaining the situation and they responded immediately with the steps necessary to get the exchange moving. After mailing them back, the new sizes were back with me within 3 days. Very impressive, will definitely order again in the future!
