I experienced confusion on the
1: size chart which I got the wrong size for the recent purchase
2: upon returns, it shown that my region is not able to return the products but been clarified later that I can be done
3: I got the address address, but i have to send it back myself with my own cost. and effort which make me reluctant to proceed further.
but dont get me wrong, i love your products and will continue to support the brand as long it suit my taste
