I wanted to change the color of jersey and bib and the size. Therefore, I wrote an email and received a general answer that I should follow the return process. I had done that before and ask ny question a second time. I received an standard answer later! My third email was answered with the statement that they are very sorry but the package has been dispatched. From my point of view is that a bad customer service.
