Is MAAP a good website 2024

Decals came off a new longsleeve jersey. I reported this at customer support and MAAP with no doubt send me a new (same line) jersey and I could keep the old (new) one. Within 3 days the new jersey was allready on my doormat. SuperMAAP service!
