I love MAAP clothes. Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience with the service. My order was of high value and I received an email to confirm that it was me who did the order. I replied that it was me almost immediately. It took the person from the service department two days to write another email requesting a copy of my credit card. I did this straight away and then it took another two days for the same person to respond that the order is going to be processed.
I appreciate the concerns about the security checks but I was very unhappy about this extremely slow response from your service staff. I felt like this person did not care. I planned it very carefully to be delivered on time for my bike race. This did not happen. If I make a large order I expect a top service. This service was extremely poor. I finally received the order over 10 days after I orfered it.
