Excellent service and follow up sets you apart from competitors. My previous MAAP bib I purchased had a small defect, you guys were quick to rectify and offer a replacement.
I had a bad experience with a competitor swiss brand thus initially, I was not hopeful that you guys will replace the bib. But I was left very impressed by the service and how you guys stand behind your product. I am a MAAP convert now and I wear MAAP only.
Recent purchase was also fuss free and quick! I will keep coming back to buy more!!
