I ordered two things. I was notified that my order was in the post and would be delivered Friday. Thursday I received an email saying that one of my items was out of stock and I wouldn't be receiving it. They gave me a 10% coupon for my next order which a) didn't work b) wouldn't cover the $20 shipping on my next order c) no more vests in my size were in stock.
Furthermore I email them asking me to reissue a functioning 10% voucher and cover the shipping on my next order. Crickets.
Very unhappy at how this situation was managed. Tried calling the number and couldn't get through.
