Pretty dssapointed.. I ordered some kit, accidentally put the wrong address and emailed support instantly to change the address. I got word back quickly which was good saying the address has been changed. It was then sent to the wrong address. I was told another package would be sent, but after 3 emails to the help person I was dealing with I've heard nothing back. The kit for a riding trip so I've had to go without. Was my mistake to start with so not disgruntled but was under the impression there was a remedy...
