I requested a refund of a number of items because the website Prevented me from obtaining a refund and instead Provided only a store credit. Despite numerous emails explaining that this was not acceptable because I lived in a city without a maap store (and accordingly the only way for me to try on items was to order multiple sizes and return the sizes that didn’t fit), I received no response. I nevertheless sent the items back and requested a full refund. I have not received a refund for the additional items. Maap has stolen my money and lost my trust.
