I recently had an unfortunate accident and needed to utilize MAAP's crash replacement policy. However, I was quite disappointed to find out that I had to submit all my previous order numbers to be eligible for the discount. This process is cumbersome, especially since many customers, like myself, might have purchased jerseys, bibs, and socks in separate orders. MAAP should be more customer-friendly and open to giving the discount without requiring such detailed information. Making the policy more accessible would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
