Thermal long sleeved training top - ticks all the boxes for riding in 7-15 degrees. Watch the sizing - I am 82kgs and 178cm but chose a large due to my larger chest size and glad I did. If you are endomorphic rather than ectomorphic in shape, size up. Chest size more important than height.
