I've bought few other stuff from the online shop and things always ran smooth, until the last order in June. The package had been returned and I couldn't get in contact with customer service via email at all. After few weeks I contacted MAAP on Instagram per message and someone from the team reacted promptly. I received a refund and then I placed a new ordered. Very happy how it turned out!
