Not great. My complaint was about your shipping. I accepted the cost of $45 for shipping a jersey and a pair of socks but YOUR shipping service choice added another 50% to the bill. YOUR shipping service chooses did not include customs clearance which was another $20.
This is not duty or taxes but customs clearance, something you can have included if you choose to do so, so your customers know what the real cost of shipping is up front.
