Bad input for address, courier sent to the wrong place.
Reply times were a bit long, and I was worried if my order was able to go through or not. Additionally, they said they would refund me since they do not redirect, but I have not gotten my refund back since the package was returned last week to you guys ///:
Really like your products, but not sure if I would order online again due to the logistics worry.
