I've been buying MAAP almost exclusively for the last two years, and when I had the first faulty product I've encountered just recently, the refund process was handled seamlessly. I couldn't have been happier. gives me confidence to try new styles knowing i can always exchange.
The only slight gripe is the fact you pay for the return, and then you pay again for postage when you get the new piece. Feels a bit icky but at least the product was exchanged.
