1. I was served in the maap lap of Melbourne with Amelia who helped with a change of item size and it was fantastic! 2. I ordered some new bibs online and it was enough for express shipping. 4 days later the AUS post app says it has t left your warehouse. I spoke to two different people on live chat over two days trying to get more information and all they could say for a while was they are waiting to hear back from the warehouse. I get that things go wrong and it’s not always your fault, I just struggled with the lack of information and guidance as to what the rep was going to do to help find a satisfying solution. I started this query on Friday and on Tuesday night I still have no further information other they they have asked the warehouse. The lack of communication has been frustrating and always initiated by me searching for answers rather than someone sending me an email I can’t answer the follow up questions as it still hasn’t arrived
