I ordered a product and paid £8 for next day delivery. The delivery driver pulled up outside 2 days later and immediately drove away, he made no attempt to deliver the item.
I recieved a message through tracking advice stating 'problem with address'.
Customer services were ok when I spoke to them but have to wait another 3 days for delivery.
