Wish i could give no stars.Ordered an item on click and collect,received no call to say item in store so popped in,was told they had called but my phone did not go to answerphone,LIE!
Asked chap in store why he had not tried again,he shrugged his shoulders and said he only tries again if he remembers.Contacted customer service via e-mail,no reply so they obviously don't care.
