Possible the worst company we have ever brought from, the manager at Machine Mart in Bilston (Jack) came across rude and ignorant. Tried telling me the company is a multi million pound business. My dad brought a Clarke Itelligent battery charger on the 04/03/21 we took it back on 06/03/21. I'm sure you can return faulty or non faulty items within 14 days I read him the law and his rights and the companies rights and also the costumers rights.
They have tried to meet me with bad attitude and told me I cant get a refund unless we send it off
