Absolute worst customer service.
We bought a ladder, it arrived and was different from what was shown on the website.
Their reply was: we reserve the right to change product specifications
What a joke, so we can return it but we have to pay £50.
You buy an item and you get sent another and then have to pay to return the wrong item they sent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
