Though my package was shipped, I was not given the tracking information. I was never able to get a clear picture of when my package would arrive. I did go back to your customer service though she gave me a lot of documentation. There was never proof of an email sent to me regarding Tracking nor did I receive the email that was said to be provided on the day the package was shipped. My package arrived on the front door on a day. I was not home.
