“Although more expensive than homemade (partly attributable to shipping costs), it is doubtful that I would ever make some of the items we have enjoyed from Mackenzie Ltd over the years. We enjoy having some of our favorite items in our freezer for special occasions and entertaining. They are always a hit and so delicious. Our favorites include the mushroom tarts and beef Wellington. We think of it as the equivalent of dining out, plus we enjoy trying different food dishes offered. The food comes packaged in a styrofoam box inside a cardboard container, kept frozen by dry ice. We live in Florida and our deliveries have always arrived frozen, but they are perishable so should be placed in freezer promptly upon receipt.”

“My package arrived with a whole in the dry ice bag and most of the dry ice had evaporated. The food still appeared to be frozen, but it's concerning. Photos have been sent by email per advise from chat agent.”
This is very normal, we do ship with the intention that most of the dry ice will dissipate during transit, so you don't have to dispose of it upon receipt. I see Customer Service reached out to you as well to address the concern.

They always ship EXACTLY when the say they will and it is perfectly packaged. Even their overnight shipping is right on time. (Ouch $ but that's on me for forgetting!)
