“The delivery was damaged in transit so another was sent. The package arrived beyond the celebration date. Except for the shrimp tempura I was disappointed in the food, for the first time. The short ribs were in a pasty, gooey sauce and too salty. The mushroom balsamic flatbread was expensive and not worth it. I've ordered from McKenzie multiple times but this is the first time I was very disappointed.”

“Sorry i will not be ordering again. I know its ups but you use them. My order arrived a day late. All ice had melted and most every thawed out. They left it in my yard. Ive told them before put packages on porch. I can not walk. A neighbor helped. Since this was chicken he said since.it thawed hed advise not to eat it. He tossed in his truck with his load of junk since he was heading to dump. I know its ups fault but i. Not ordering again 200 dollars just wasted. Sorry thank for tryng.”
