“I think Mackenzie is a good, dependable company on item selection and delivery but I ordered pork shanks that were at best a 5 out of 10. There was very little mushroom sauce so had to add water to warm them up and have also had bad luck with numerous crab dishes.”

“This was my third time ordering the Nastalgic cake and the Cinnabuns. . The cake is always a family favorite. It looks cool and always tastes great. This last order there was a problem with the cake . The company made it right immediately after I reached out to customer service. Unfortunately the replacement cake was also unsatisfactory. I reached out again and in the end the company did refund me for the price of the cake and shipping costs. All and all I'm satisfied with the outcome and though I'm disappointed that we didn't have my husbands favorite cake this year I'm happy with the cake and cinnabunns and the customer service I received .”

“The plastic packages of the chicken and mushroom sauce were cracked and broken when received. Since the product was frozen I was able to pick out the broken pieces. Should not have had to do that!!
Several of the cookes were broken into pieces when received. This was so disappointing as I have order many times from MacKenzie and have never before had a delivery problem. These were sale itms so I am wondering if that was the reason. I love their cranberry upside down cake and will probably order it again in the future.”

Pork shanks a bit better, but had somewhat large pieces of fat in the paskage, which I removed, and, after cooking was still a bit fatty.
