“Since I've ordered twice, it must be ok. However, there were problems with first order. Apple pie paper cooked to pie. Ew. 2 of the bread loaf samples were so dry unedible. Sent 2 corn casseroles instead of 2 green bean casseroles. Others stuff alright. Second order, ranch casserole is wonderful. Haven't cooked anything else yet. Enjoyed what used, but very expensive. Will think before order anything else.”
“I took everything except the chocolate pecan bourbon pie to Thanksgiving dinner @ my wife's family gathering & they loved everything. The triple chocolate cake & 1 other item got a bit damaged during shipping, but that's not your fault. It's not cheap, but I don't mind spending a little more for occasional desserts. Haven't tried any of the other items you offer. Though the Smith Island cake wasn't the real, original cake from Smith Island, it was tasty & cost less than the real thing, which has more layers.”
“I was disappointed in the small size of the smoked salmon ring. Wanted it for my vegan family members for Xmas. Now I either have to order another one or find an alternative at the grocery store.”
“Just received order, 4 hours after the delivery window. One of the packages (sweet potato casserole )arrived with no outer packaging and no directions for preparation. Since the items ordered will not be prepared for several days, we can't speak to the issue of food quality at this time. We will provide further feedback (if you wish to receive it) after the party for which the food was ordered. Gave rating on an interim basis”

“Ordering process, good. Most of the food items, the ones that seemed to be branded Mackenzie, were excellent with simple and spot-on heating instructions. However, the Green Beans Almandine were terrible, and releating instructions were flat wrong. These seemed to be a 3rd party product included in the deluxe fillet mignon meal. After following oven instructions for unthawed product, beans were essentially uncooked, undersalted, and over-garliced. Pretty grim and a major disappointment. Filet was excellent, crab cake was excellent, hors d'ourves were excellent, potato was excellent, and volcanto cakes were excellent. Beans were less than 1 star fit mostly for the trash bin.”
“Turkey breast and gravy tasted good. With all the stuff about micro plastics these days I am not sure I’m comfortable with cooking it in a plastic bag
Stuffing was too salty.”

“Ordering was easy delivery was on time. The food quality was mixed, followed directions and had mixed results. The sweet potato casserole came out great, however the turkey not so good following directions the turkey was over cooked and the stuffing was undercooked. Flavor was very good but overall results were disappointing.
Haven’t tried the torte or apple pie yet so to be determined.”
“The experience was very good, though unfortunately, Fed-Ex messed up and delivered it to an address about a quarter mile away, and on the other side of the street (you'd think they'd have worked out the odd/even system out here by now). Luckily we have good neighbors!! This was not Mackenzie's fault, the address label was exactly correct. Perhaps requiring the product be signed for in the future MIGHT be in order, though that could slow things in many cases. I'm not sure what the best answer is.”

“All of the food items I ordered were delicious and different. These food items are restaurant quality and everybody enjoyed and commented how good everything was. The issue I had was the cost of the food and shipping. An example is the Carrot Cake which was listed at $72.95 and standard delivery of $18.95. The food is delicious and I will continue to order more but maybe not as much.”
