“I purchased an array of foods in excess of $500 dollars and was surprised to received expired food and no date foods. However, Antoine Harris/Customer Service was helpful in troubleshooting my concerns and worked hard to ensure I was a satisfied customer. With all these food recalls I prefer to purchase food with clear expiration dates which will delay me from considering future purchases from Mackenzie.”

“I bought a gift card for a friend and was disappointed that one they do not do egift card and second that it took almost two weeks for them to recieve it. I was unable to track it even though it kept sending me to Shop which even now says it is waiting for more informaiton but it was delivered yesterday.”

“I like the food , but I am having trouble getting the cooking right. The Mac and Cheese I got perfect. The chicken parma I got right when I let it thaw in the fridge first, but trying to cook it frozen at 350 for an hour the patties were still cold. I had to use the micro wave to finish it. I havent tried the snitzel yet, so I think I am going to try frying the patties and see if I can get them heated up right.”
