“I had a wonderful experience ordering from Mackenzie Limited! The website was easy to navigate and the pictures look great to show all the products. I ended up calling to order, rather than ordering online, because I kept getting an error message but the associate was EXTREMELY friendly and VERY helpful! She was able to place my order without difficulty and the food arrived earlier than expected. The packaging was great and kept the items cold and protected. Highly recommend!”
“One of the reasons I like your company is that your people are always responsive and helpful.
I had to the change the delivery date on an order...it was there on time.
Your food is excellent, too, or I would not be on your site.
Thank you.”
“I’m currently in a long distance relationship and my boyfriend and I watch Ted Lasso when we are together. I ordered Biscuits With The Boss and had them shipped to his work place. They arrived on a Friday morning right before his weekly team meeting. He was super surprised and said they were absolutely delicious. I couldn’t have asked for better timing with the delivery and obviously the product quality is superb, since I know him to be quite picky. Thank you!”
“This order was sent as a gift, and did arrive in a timely manner. I have not had any feedback as to the food quality or quantity so cannot comment on that here. Placing order was a simple procedure and delivery was timely and uneventful, so with that I am more than satisfied.”
“I ordered several items from Mackenzie Limited, including entrees, sides and desserts. Everyone was superior in every way. What a wonderful service to have - food I can order that tastes like a gourmet made it.
Thanks so much.”
“Beautifully prepared delicasies which are then enhanced by the flavorful tastes of the food itself.
The customers are always kept well-informed of their orders, and this is greatly appreciated.
Keep up the good work!”
