I have had a most difficult experience with Mackenzie Limited. When placing a large order ($450.00) I could not exit the checkout. After several attempts, I simply started over. I did not get an immediate confirmation nor "thank you" for shopping with Mackenzie so I started over. When the shipment arrived my sister immediately put everything in the freezer. I did not realize you sent two orders until I received my American Express bill. This error was your website failure, not mine. I am extremely upset to spend $225.00 unintentionally.
